The best time to visit Monaco would be the months of April through May and September through October. Summer normally lasts from June through August, and can get hot, with an average of 21°C (70°F) heat up to 26°C (79°F) during July and August. At this time, you will be bumping elbows with most of Europe. Winter is the best bet, it can be a bit drizzly but it is doubtful that it will be too cold. From December through to January, daytime temperatures subside to a range of 8-12°C (46-54°F).
