The weather is not much of a factor when heading for Brunei, whatever time you decide to go it is bound to be warm and wet. Average humidity is 79%, making it a pretty warm and sticky place. September through January is the official wet season; this is when things are even warmer and wetter. Bear in mind that things are likely to close down during Ramadan, this is when all Muslims must fast between dawn and dusk for a month, so it is worth checking if your stay will fall in this period.
