Normally, the best time to travel is in the typhoon off-season from December to the middle of May. In the Christmas and Easter vacations, everybody is traveling and you will have trouble getting a seat on any kind of transport or lodging for that matter. Holy Week, around Easter time, presents the same problems.
The Philippines is hot and humid all year. The weather pattern can be divided into the dry season from December to May and the wet season is normally from June to November. There is little difference in the majority of places with typical highs and lows of around 31°C (87°F) and 24°C (76°F).
