Best Time to Travel to Morocco

On the northern shore, the weather is enjoyable all year round, even though winter can bring cold, wet conditions. Beaches farther south are known for fog in the summer months, a spectacle triggered when the heat of the desert unites with the chill of the Atlantic current. In the valleys, the colder months, from October to April are extremely popular among visitors. This time of year is agreeably warm to hot (around 30°C) during the day and cooler (around 15°C) at night. Winter in the northern regions require significant insulation. If your vacation is to include some skiing in the hills, the ski season normally lasts from December to March. From April to October is the major trekking season, when the mountain snows starts to thaw.
